i think it is a display resulution change every loading.
then xfire disconnect and normaly after 3 sec. reconnect ( in game Chat enable i speak )
after this on me WIN7 i need to press alt+Tab and sometimes the game still good, but not me display resultion i need. Sometime i need to enter taskmanager and then the game still good, but not me display resultion i need.
and most time the game crashed after loading a map.
but only on mod server never on stock server.
i read your link scuba. there write from virussoftware and cod 4 and hardware drivers ect..# i think its more xfire and a resulution there the map a builds.
if you AND internet map´s build for 1920x1080 i think i have no problem ( no changes on the Map resulutions )
..but i can live at it no worries m8.. and ty for answer.. me tip its this problems have more then a handfull but no one write or talk about it..
